Gallup Launches RSS Feeds, Requiring Subscription for Premium Content

The Gallup Organization has launched 8 RSS feeds that deliver latest Gallup Poll headlines, and summaries and links to the full stories.

The 8 RSS feeds include:

  1. Government and Politics
  2. Business and Economy
  3. Health and Healthcare
  4. Religion and Social Trends
  5. Education and Youth
  6. The Nation’s Pulse
  7. PollTalk
  8. Gallup Poll Daily Briefing Segments

Yearly subscription with 30-day trial is available at $95, and is required for full access to the feeds’ premium content.

Another thing I need to bring up is the RSS Terms of Use, a topic many RSS publishers discuss quite lengthy lately:

Use of RSS Feeds:

RSS is a free service offered by Gallup to individuals for private, non-commercial use. Any other uses, including without limitation the incorporation of advertising into or the placement of advertising associated with or targeted towards the RSS Content, are strictly prohibited. You must use the RSS feeds as provided by Gallup, and you may not edit or modify the text, content, or links supplied by Gallup.

Full RSS Terms of Use is available here.
